Last night, the mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, appeared on television and publicly posed a question to the highest-ranking commander of Ukrainian forces. He asked, “While the people of Kyiv endure distressing experiences caused by the Russians, why do the citizens of Moscow enjoy tranquility?”
In his query to General Valerii Zaluzhny, Klitschko suggested that similar circumstances should be imposed on both cities so that they could truly comprehend the challenges of living in such conditions.
Despite Ukrainian officials denying any involvement in the drone attacks on Moscow, it is uncommon for them to assume responsibility for incidents or strikes occurring within Russian territory.
Nevertheless, one thing remains evident: regardless of who is accountable, the people of Moscow have now experienced firsthand the hardships that the people of Kyiv face nearly every morning.
