MUMBAI: A special court in Mumbai on Wednesday extended the judicial custody of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader and former Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik by 14 days.
He is currently admitted to a hospital in Kurla and is receiving treatment.
Malik was arrested on February 23 by the Enforcement Directorate in a money-laundering probe linked to the activities of fugitive gangster Dawood Ibrahim and his aides.
